Job Summary
Company Background Apple’s Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) Marketing Communications group ensures communications are consistently and seamlessly conveyed to a wide audience in multiple markets and languages. To ensure we continue to successfully manage all Marcom functions, we are seeking an exceptional individual to provide assistance to the Marcom Group in several key functions.

This internship will last up to six months and is open to individuals that are currently enrolled in a university, college or graduate program .
Description
The primary responsibility for the role is to support the EMEIA Buzz Marketing Manager in the following areas:
 Coordination of EMEIA product placement deliverables. This includes daily coordination and tracking of product placement inventory to ensure that product stock is meticulously trafficked at our on- and off-site storage facilities. Ensure priorities are given to high impact partners, products are returned in a timely fashion, and agreements are received. Maintain accurate records of all products and their serial numbers to ensure exact location of all products is known at all times.
 Track marketing deliverables for high-profile European Apple Retail events including but not limited to copy signage & web promotion, postings to apple.com, clips to run at the event, etc.
 Oversee delivery of iTunes podcasts from all European Apple Retail events. This includes getting approvals, requesting edits, writing descriptions and metadata, and ensure timely publication of podcast. Review all external requests for using Apple products in 3rd party promotions in EMEIA by ensuring that all copy and artwork complies with company guidelines and is approved by marketing manager.
 Monitor e-mail inquiries for Marketing partnerships, sponsorships, etc. and help facilitate their review by the EMEIA Buzz Marketing Manager, and ensure senders receive a timely response. Provide hands-on support for ad hoc marketing projects and last-minute opportunities.
Additional Requirements
Apple Marketing Internships are aimed at students on their gap year or on a sandwich course, and is a short term, fixed term assignment for a maximum of 26 weeks, which includes any previous Apple continuous service.......................gaurav singh tomar
